Definition: The string part of an actionable identifier.
Examples: The keystr is a foundational concept upon which actionable identifiers sit. A portmanteau term, keystr is pronounced "key-stir".
Examples include URLs and identifier strings convertible to URLs by adding prefixes well-known in their communities, such as doi:10.12345/67 (prefix doi.org) and ark:/12345/67 (prefix n2t.net).
